About Us

May 2012

I’d like to start by thanking all of you for the support and encouragement you have given
our family over the last 8 years.  In 2004, God blessed and allowed me to take the small hobby of selling on eBay and start a little family business.  In 2006, as the business grew, we moved away from eBay to begin selling through our own website.  It has been a wonderful time of growth and blessing, but the time has now come to close down the business and move on.

This decision has not been made lightly.  As a family, we have been praying that we would know
when the time was right.  Well, to keep the website in good running order, we would need to make
some upgrades very soon, and after discussing it, we have decided that these upgrades are
more than we would like to do. I won’t bore you all with the details, as there are many other things
that have factored into this decision, but we do feel that this is best.

John, Noel and I would like to take this opportunity to say a very heartfelt “THANK YOU”
to all of you! ~ Sincerely, Lori

Who Are We?

We are a family owned business in Michigan that has been selling on the internet since 2003.  In the Spring of 2006, we opened our own website in an effort to offer our established and new customers a more comprehensive shopping experience.  In May of 2008, our website was redesigned to enhance your shopping experience. We have been very blessed over the years, as many new and return customers have used our website and referred us to their friends and family.  Your confidence in our service goes beyond what we could have imagined, and we sincerely appreciate your business and the notes of encouragement. What Do We Sell?

We sell many Rare & Retired Longaberger® baskets, US made pottery, wrought iron and more. If you are looking for items that are not yet retired, please contact your local Longaberger consultant.  Also offered are some irresistable Vera Bradley® quilted bags and accessories.  We do our best to only carry the more rare and retired pieces, so if you are looking for the newest styles and fabrics, please visit your local Vera Bradley retailer.
We also sell Amish hand woven baskets that are purchased directly from the families that make them. Our Amish friends are located in the heart of Mid-Michigan. The families that we deal with are Old Order Amish. They do not have electricity or phones in their homes or shops. Their primary transportation is by horse and buggy, although they will occasionally hire an “Englisher” to drive them for long distance trips.

(Please note that we are not in any way affiliated with, authorized or licensed by the Longaberger Company, GooseBerry Patch or Vera Bradley, and all trademarks, including basket, purse and collection names, are owned by the Longaberger Company, GooseBerry Patch or the Vera Bradley Company
.)What do we have to offer to you – our customer?

Personal Professional Service: While we do hope to become one of the top providers of rare and retired Longaberger baskets, pottery and wrought iron on the secondary market, we do not want to lose the level of personal and professional service for which we have become known.   We also work hard to find Longaberger and Vera Bradley items that are not readily available on the secondary market.

Our family business is committed to bringing honor and glory to our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

I Corinthians 10:31~ “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do;  do all to the glory of God.”
