Brunswick Stew

Autumn Brunswick Stew
3 Large split chicken breast
2 1/2 Quarts water
3 Medium potatoes, peeled, and coarsly chopped
1 Large onion, diced
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1 (4-pound) Boston butt roast, cooked and shredded
2 (15.25-ounce) cans white corn, drained

Lanae’s Famous Chicken

 
*2 ½ - 3 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts
*½ C butter (I tried margarine, but didn’t like the taste as well)
*1 T garlic (I used jarred — minced)

Hot Artichoke Spread
Oven 350*
1 can (14 oz.) Water packed Artichokes - Drained and chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise **
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Garlic Cloves - Minced
1 cup Diced Fresh Tomatoes
3 Green Onions-Thinly sliced
Crackers or Pita Bread
