Recipe ~ August ‘08

Recipe for the Month ~ Slow Cooked Ribs

Oh So Yummy Ingrediants:   3 – 4 Pounds of Country or Western Style Ribs 1 – 1 1/2 Cups of Your Favorite Prepared BBQ Sauce 1 Cup of Orange or Pineapple Orange Juice A Dash of Lime Juice   Preheat your oven to 300*. Place ribs in large baking dish. In a seperate bowl whisk together the Barbeque Sauce and Juices. Pour over the ribs and cover with foil. Bake for 3 hours. Then uncover and turn. Increase the oven temperature to 350* and bake for 1 more hour. Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving. This is one of our family favorites, and we hope you’ll enjoy it too.
